CONVID-19 Letter to Guests
Dear Valued Guest,
It is difficult to write this letter, as I am disappointed that the times have changed so much that people are not able to visit us.
I am sure that you are disappointed too, as you would had been looking forward to a wonderful Mudgee Escape filled with good food, good wines and good company.
Kirsten Serviced Accommodation is open for business as usual and will stay open as long as physically possible to meet people’s accommodation needs. However, our wine tour service has closed temporarily until further notice.
We completely understand that due to the Covid–19 pandemic, on 22nd MARCH 2020 government has recommended to people of Australia to avoid non-essential travel. Just letting you know that Mudgee will still be here when the pandemic subsides, and we will be waiting for you to pick up where we left off.
Due to unprecedented times, if you have booked prior to 22nd MARCH 2020 and have chosen to cancel your booking in APRIL and MAY 2020 due to the COVID VIRUS we will issue you a stay credit for the amount of money, which you have already paid to use either in our Mudgee or Parkes properties. This stay voucher will be valid for stay up to 12 months from your original stay date and subject to availability. To use your stay voucher you must rebook direct either by ph:1300 768 674 or email email@example.com and quote your original booking number.
If you have booked via a booking channel you will need to cancel through this same booking channel and re-book direct. The stay voucher cannot be used unless you book direct. The reason for this is that we have already paid the booking channel their commission for you booking, and we do not want the booking channel to double dip, during an already tough time.
If you have booked and paid for a wine tour the full amount will be refunded back to you via the same method of payment.
We appreciate your understanding and patience and we can’t wait to see you all again soon.
