Fresh Fig & Rocket Salad with Kirsten Accommodation
Tis’ the season for picking Figs at DiLusso Winery Mudgee this weekend. To help celebrate, we are sharing Fig recipes.
Ingredients:
200g Baby Rocket washed & chopped roughly in mouthful peices
6 Figs sliced
50g Parmesan Cheese grated
1 small spanish onion sliced
50g roasted pine nuts
Dressing: 50ml Olive oil, 25ml Caramelised balsamic vinegar with S&P to taste.
Toss altogether & share with Family & Friends.
